Louisa Peartree, MBA

Ms. Peartree serves as Senior Associate Dean and Chief Operating Officer in the Dean's Office of Finance and Resource Management (OFRM) at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (SOM). She oversees the unit providing oversight of daily SOM operations, informing School-wide strategic planning and collaborating with University of Maryland Baltimore leadership to advance the missions of the School and University. Ms. Peartree provides leadership and service to the School of Medicine in the areas of Administration & Finance, Facilities & Operations, Human Resources and Research Core Facilities. She serves on several boards both in the U.S.A and internationally. She previously served as President of the Maryland Global Initiatives Corporation at the University of Maryland.

Ms. Peartree holds Bachelor Science in Business, and Master of Business Administration.
